Our maintenance visits include a detailed inspection and performance check of your HVAC equipment to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect electrical connections and reversing valve

  • Check refrigerant lines and system components

  • Measure system performance and temperature split

  • Inspect outdoor coil and fan components

  • Lubricate moving parts and tighten electrical connections
Eligibility begins the day you sign-up, and the program can be canceled any time after the first 90 days of paid membership. Cancellations before 90 days will result in a retroactive loss of any membership discounts received and will be payable to DG Heating & Air Conditioning. *A unit is a condenser or an air handler (Not all checklist items pertain to every maintenance)

Our maintenance visits include a detailed inspection and performance check of your HVAC equipment to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect burners, combustion chamber, and heat exchanger

  • Check safety controls, gas lines, and thermostat operation

  • Inspect blower motor, belts, and electrical connections

  • Test manifold gas pressure and system operation

  • Clean blower components and replace standard air filters if needed

air conditioning system – $20 per month/system

Our maintenance visits include a detailed inspection and performance check of your HVAC equipment to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect wiring, refrigerant lines, and system components

  • Check safety controls, gas lines, and thermostat operation

  • Measure refrigerant levels and system amperage

  • Inspect outdoor coils and system components for debris

  • Lubricate moving parts and tighten electrical connections
